Under the Data Protection Act, 1988 and the Data Protection (Amendment) Act, 2003, organisations that process personal data have a legal responsibility and are required to conform to Data Protection Rules as set out by the Data Protection Commissioner.  Under the guidelines set out by the Data Protection Commissioner we will only use your information to provide and personalise our service.  We may use your information to send you offers and news about Pitman Training products and services.  We will also use your contact details to communicate with you either by telephone, text, e-mail or post.  If you do not want to receive commercial communications from us, then please indicate your choice when you enrol for a learning programme.  Please note that there may be instances where it may be necessary for us to communicate with you, in any event, for administrative or operational reasons relating to our service.
